Get Groomed – Poodle Salon Trim
This is a 3 hour seminar with top groomer Melanie Newman on all things poodle pet trim. The session will cover correct face, feet and tail techniques to setting the basic pattern for your salon trims. This session will also include how to use snap on combs to create an easy salon trim and how to create the perfect Poodle top knot.
Champagne upon arrival. Cheese and fruit platters all included in the price of $55.00.

A little about Melanie Newman
Melanie’s work has taken her to grooming competitions across Australia and New Zealand, Holland, Germany, Spain, Italy and various parts of America, and she was crowned the Australian Royal Supreme Grooming Champion in 2013. Among her other accolades, Melanie has won best in shows with Miniature Poodles, Standard Poodles, Bichons and Welsh Terriers.
In 2013 Mel represented Groom Team Australia in Barcelona,where the team place 6th overall. 2015 Mel Represented Australia again in Italy at the world team championships where the team placed 12th overall. 2017 Mel represented Australia again in Belgium where the team was place 9th. Mel has placed in the top 5 in all three teams with a total of 22 counties.
2017 Mel won Best in Show and Best Scissored dog at Artero Grand Slam grooming championship in Spain with a Bichon Frise. This is one of Europe’s biggest grooming completion with over 400 competitors.
